Must have a valid ID (Current Driver's License, State ID, US Passport)

Must be able to live independently without staff or medical supervision

Must complete criminal background check

Must agree to and sign all program policies and house rules

Must pay the required program participation fee on time

Must not engage in violence, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior

Must comply with the Cleaning Policy

Must comply with the Three-Strike Policy

Must keep noise levels reasonable and follow quiet hours

Must consent to security cameras in common areas for safety

Must not bring in unauthorized guests or items
